I'm using the ITC (internet transfer control) for some of my app, and (with the help of UT) have been able to implement some API declaration directly.

I've learned that some of our FTP transactions may have problems unless the passive property is set on.

There is a flag:INTERNET_FLAG_PASSIVE, but I am not aware of how to set it!
