What version of VFP are you using? If its VFP6, you can do:

STRTOFILE(MyMemoField, 'C:\Temp\Temp.PRG')
COMPILE 'C:\Temp\Temp.PRG'
DO 'C:\Temp\Temp.PRG'

Otherwise, you may be out of luck.
