I do cross platform development between Windoze and the MacOS. I have a Macintosh Performa 6500, 32 MB RAM. System 8.1. The OS freezes when I try to run the Setup Wizard.

When I did a clean install of VFP on another Mac ( Performa 5200 w/16 MB RAM and System 8.1 ) I get an error saying the source files didn't copy because a hidden file can't be copied.

When I run the wizard on a Wintel Box ( Win95, 65 MB RAM ). The wizard will succesfully finish, but when I run the setup program, I get an error "Object 9 may be corrupted" and the setup fails.

Ideas anyone?
