The HelpWorkshop is only a wrapper around the help compiler. It doesn't give you a way of creating the actual content of the help file. Third party tools like ForeHelp or RoboHelp excel in this area and they are
well worth the money. ForeHelp gives you a full WYSIWYG environment for creating the content.
