I have an application written in VFP using VFP tables. These tables need to be consulted and updated 2500km away.

Could SQL 7.0 and replication be of any help here ?

My questions are :
- can I determine for each table if it has to be replicated, and who's the 'master'. Can a tble existing on both sides and updated on both sides be synchronised with conflict management ?
- does this replication work (with acceptable performance) on a dialup RAS line (ISDN)
- are there any resources specific about SQL7 replication ?

PS : i've downloaded SQL 7.0 evaluation version so I can do some testing
