When you create your /distrib directory...place the .ocx files there. As you run the setup wizard, towards the end there is a grid that asks you to select which items are program items and which ones are activex's. Select the activex checkbox for those and when the setup wizard runs it'll automaticly register them....or at least that's how I've been doing it.
