Not difficult--time consuming. I like to base my actions on a hypothesis rather than a guess. I charge a lot of $$ per hour--don't want to charge the client to much $$--distance is also an issue, as I wait for them to get email. Just want to have all my ducks in a row before I visit again. Thanks for the input!
