Just another thing that springs to mind. When I first used Netlib with Win95 there was all manner of problems. This was with the original Netlib 2.5 release targeted at Win3.11/WFW. There was a maintenance release pretty soon after which fixed the problems with Win95. The version of NL1F25.FLL I am currently using has a file size of 142,399 15/10/97 2:53 - If the version you site uses is any older, it may be worth downloading the patches from www.netlib.com. Just a thought.
