I wonder if there's any way to test empirically which is the lightest? I wonder if there's a VFP variable that tells how much memory is available and that you could test before and after instantiation to determine how much memory the object required when instantiated. If there is such a variable, I wonder if it would record what I want to know (or if it might be affected by virtual memory, for example).
