You need either Rose or VM installed, as the wizards use automation. You can have both tools installed, but that opens up a whole new can of worms. :-) In this case, the wizards will always use the version that has been *shut down* last. That's a behavior Rose/VM exhibit and doesn't have anything to do with the modeling wizards, BTW.
