I have may toolbar docked(0) which works fine. However if I double click on the toolbar it will lose it's position and fall to somewhere esle on the screen. Not a big problem because you can simply drag it back to it's proper position. I would prefer to force a hard lock for the toolbar position.

Any suggestions?
