The easy way out:

SET BELL TO "c:\mysong.wav"
?CHR(7)

But, with large (song sized) wav files, it's extremely slow, and causes VFP to use a bunch of memory.

I would look at an ActiveX control to do this of you need more flexibility with file types, or you plan on playing a full length .wav. Try www.ActiveX.Com
