FYI, if you get a Premier UT membership you get a discount from Hentzewerks (they publish the first 4 books on you list). Click the 'Universal Thread Partnership Program' link at the top of the UT window. They also have a bundle price that gets you all 6 books for $230 ($10 bucks more than buying just the 4 on your list undiscounnted). Plus PUTM has other benefits as well :)
A book to add to the list 'Code complete' by Steve McConnell. It's not a VFP book but covers programming style, I love this book. (Wait, I told you about that book didn't I ;).
