I need to print labels for received parts to a dot matrix printer. The labels will be one up and I only need to print from 1 to 10 or so labels each time. As the parts come in the parts guy enters them as received into the system and then prints one lable for each part that contains the A/P invoice number, Customer name etc.

It looks like I have to install or create a label form for the printer in windows in order to be able to only use n labels. Otherwise the printer ejects and they waste a lot of labels. That is the form size must be the label size. It is really important that I be able to have this work without a lot of setup. (This is where I really miss DOS and the ? command.)
