In the VFP6.0 Programmer's guide, Chapter 23 under Distributing a Compiled HTML Help System it says that 'Internet Explorer or the Internet Explorer run-time engine must be installed on your users' machines.'

What's the best way to do this when distributing an app. I'm not sure what the run-time engine is. Any help would be appreciated.
