Hi John,

If You use CONFIG.FPW (use it file!...e.g. for specific national codepage), You add line RESOURCE=OFF.

VFP before run Your main program open FOXUSER.DBF (when CONFIG.FPW not containing line RESOURCE=OFF) with default seting EXCLUSIVE is ON !!.

You use this method and You prevent before show error message "Access file is denied".

If runing your main program set your resource file (SET RESOURCE ...) some place in your code.
