Contrary to another post on this tread, VS Enterprise and Backoffice 4.5 would be just what you need if your goal is to learn to develop with SQL Server, that's what it was released for. The developer edition of BO 4.5 is not intended for production use and there are significant restrictions on how it can be used.

You also get a copy of NT Server 4.0 with BO 4.5.
