I HAVE worked with SBT and never will again. IMHO, the original 2.x code was poorly migrated over to VFP 5, very kludge set of objects to navigate in order to do anything. They really should have re-written the system. I was able to create a custom form with a TAPI control on it to talk to the PBX, but implementing it into SBT was a nightmare.
