We have associated three reasons so far for this slow down.

The first one was related partly to the router. We did a reset on it.

The second one is related to a server in New York area. It is bugging some users from the East Coast. UUNet is investigating on that. They'll be back by tomorrow on this.

The third one is the upgraded to a full dedicated T1 line. Of course, and as of each Jan, we will have a small increase of PUTM, banners and other services we are providing. The increase has not been determined so far. It will depend on how much we will deal the final cost of the upgrade of bandwith and related components.
