The interesting thing about this situation is that the machine has 128mg RAM and my COM Server is only 1.4 megs. I know VFP uses something like 4mg for each COM Server instance. Anyway, there's a lot of RAM leftover since I don't have any other apps open. The error message comes up "every" time when the pDbase.V50 library is loaded at the beginning the Server app. Is there some way, maybe through the WinAPI to automatically click that OK button when the message appears: memory is low...

If I understood you correctly you have two COM servers running, one which only handles the search functions and no display issues?
