Hi Steve - I've been having a terrible time with the UT today, extremely slow, I finally just gave up until tonight...seems to be okay now.

Anyway, I was going to suggest what Al already posted first - try re-indexing everything from scratch. That was the old FPD & FPW Invalid Seek Offset error, corrupt indexes, but still could occur in vfp, I think.

However, I recently had a major battle with relentless Invalid Seek Offsets in vfp5 & 6 under NT that had nothing to do with indexes. Let us know if re-indexing solves the problem...
