Raju,

I suppose you're with VFP5. They got this problem fixed in VFP6, and if you have VFP6 at hand, its GENDBC would probably work find in VFP5. Also, you could get the free GENDBCX by Steve Arnott from http://www.stevearnott.com/ It does the exact same job as DBC but slashes the code into functions that never reach the 64k limit.
