I have a program with a complicated IF statement near the top of a program that seems to be throwing off the debugger's line pointer. As I step through the program and into this IF statement, the pointer jumps to near the center of the program (an un-related area - several hundred lines away). As I continue stepping, it seems to work through the program code as it was written. (I watch some local variables after that IF statement get set in the debugger's local variable window). But, the line pointer on the other hand seems to be on it's own path. Sometimes it stays on the same line for several "steps", while other times it jumps one or more lines. Without being able to tell exactly what line I'm on, debugging this monster becomes rather difficult! I've gone as far as uninstalling and re-installing Foxpro with no change in behavior. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
