We had a situation using Foxpro (it was DOS not Windows) over a WAN. As you know, when Fox USEs a table, the whole table, including indecies, and memo file are transmitted across the WAN - useless unless you got one quick WAN. We ended up using Citrix's Winframe product. It works well and you don't have to rewrite your app. If you end up using Citrix my one recommendation is that you get the fastest hard disks available and stripe and mirror them (RAID 0/1). Use a hardware-based RAID system instead of software-based, and put a ton of RAM in the PC itself.
