With wwIPStuff, to send to multiple recipients, you'll have to send multiples mails in a loop.

Last I checked, wwIPStuff didn't support multiple attachments. If you need more flexibility, you can have a look at some of the MAPI samples here, but MAPI is not quite as simple to program, and there are more system considerations to worry about.
