In SDT version 5.0 & 5.1 you simply call oMeta.oSDTMgr.Repair('myTableName'). If you do not pass a table name as a parameter, you get a dialog from which you can select the table(s) to be repaired.

I did not use version 3.0, check your SDT manual to see if the syntax is different from the above. Fortunately, I have not needed to call Repair() very often, but when I did it always performed as advertised and has saved untold grief at client sites from time to time.
