I found two articles in the MSDN library that might be of interest. One is in the Technical Papers. It's an article entitled, "Microsoft Visual SourceSafe OLE Automation" by Ken Felder. It is dated October, 1995. The other is an MS KB article "HOWTO: Trap Visual SourceSafe OLE Errors" (Q175758).
