I would think you would take this opportunity to enhance you current level of knowledge.

The first thing is you are going to have to break down and learn to use the debugger. I find it impossible to program without knowing what my code is doing. Trust me. Learn to use the debugger and you will not have to post here everytime you write a new line of code that doesn't work the way you expect.

Once you have the debugger nailed down, you will be able to borrow code from people and find out how it works before making it a part of your own code. It will also make you a much more competent computer person. The debugger will open up the world of programming.

It currently sounds like you pretty much guess at everything you are currently doing. Another advantage of the debugger is that you will be able to see what the results of doing something in code is.
