Completely. Much of the process code can probably move verbatim but this of course depends on specific functionality. Also, if you are using any DLL's or ActiveX controls, etc. this will cause you considerable grief.

Not at all easy if at all possible (I've never seen it done). In addition, VFP3 is also a "sub-set" of 6.0 and some forms and things may need much more than a 're-compile'.
