What I've done is save the form as an object, then call it as such. However I've discovered that the datasession essentially disappears. Am I goung directly into CURSORSETPROP() land combined with the LOAD event or are there some other options?

I want to have the same effects as NoDataOnLoad with the parameterized view and not fetch the data until after either the user's entered an ID or I programatically so do. What's the best generally accepted method?
