Hi All,

I newly joined UT, and have some queries regarding Reports.

I've designed my reports using Report Designer in VFP6. I've not used PVT Dataenvironment, and I'm using dataenv from my Forms, which calls these reports.

Config of System I'm using P200 MMX, 16MBRAM, 2.1GB HDD, WIN98.

1) Eventhough reports are printing correct results, they are very very slow, it takes about 30 Sec to load first page and 10 Sec to load subsequent pages.

2) While Previewing, Each time I click on Page to Zoom in & out, the page count on the Title Bar, starts from page 1 again and comes to the current page. For e.g I'm on Page 50, and I click on Preview Panel, it starts again from Page 1 and increments it by 1 or 2 and reaches page 50, and displays the Zoomed Page 50. This takes sometimes more than 30-40 Secs, which is very annoying.

3) While Previewing, If I press >|, button on Printer Toolbar, The Page count on the title bar, starts from current page to the end of the reports (say 100 pages), and againg starts from page 1 to 100. That means, it goes thru all pages more than once. Which makes the process very slow.

4) On the Preview Title bar, it shows Name of the reports For e.g. REP_MYREP.FRX, along with the Titles I've kept (Caption Property for the form). How do I display a customized Report Name, instead of Report File name??

5) Is there any way I can display. Total Number of Pages in reports??

These are the problems I'm facing currently pls, guide me if possible, or suggest me the alternatives.
