I want to setup a Front End Processor which handles a lot of hardware (under VFP) and I would like different computers to read data from (and write data to) this F.E.P. The other machines all run VFP6.0 applications.

Now here comes the question...

How can I make contact without making use of 'shared' dbfs?
I heared NETDDE under WindwsNT does the trick, but I never worked with NETDDE and I would like some background info and better still an example for VFP6.0
