Well the ID of the non-paying member is known so why not, after say, 10 days, start randomly sending them advertisements? *g* Kind of a nag screen type of approach.
Michael Fournier could say something like, "You're welcome here but to help offset the expense of running the UT we will send you ads while those who pay will not be subject to them."
