You should know the answer to this. It's becuase the world doesn't revolve around what happens on the UT and was one person is doing, or not doing, doesn't mean that is all that exists.

The ap I am working on is an upgrade of our FoxPRo 2.6 version. The application allows people to edit the database, modify forms, create forumlas, modify the menu, annotate the help, create cusotom task and policies and do other customization tasks.

Of course, this would require a tool that would allow the user to modify the database structure at run time.
