John, I have one like that, who I can't get to budge off WfWG. They can either switch, or pay me 3x my normal rate. They pay 3x my normal rate, which more than covers the necessary psychiatric care for me. OTOH, they run FPDOS and insist on continuing to do so.

They've been so bady burned in the past by consultants who wanted them to 'upgrade' and then couldn't figure out how to get them working again, that they think it's better to keep me overcompensated...
