>Check printer drivers. HP and Epson drivers are famous to be problematic (at least I faced with their drivers). Temporarily uninstall the drivers and put the generic ones that ship with win (ie: if it's an HP laserjet or compatible then use "HP Laserjet" driver). If that solves the problem seek for latest drivers to benefit extra features of printer. You can additionally test with blanking out expr, tag, tag2 fields from first record of frx (printer setup info).

I'll try that. Were using an HPLJ5 network printer.
The drivers are taken from the network when installing
the printer to the workstation.

Blanking out tag and tag2 fields helps with other problems
we had but not this one.
