could you explain what this line is search is looking for?

SEEK UPPER(tcTable)

I've got :
Keys.Table as a regular key
Keys.NextId as type intiger
Mytable.MyTableId as Primary type intiger

I'm getting 1's and 2's, so whatever seek is searching for it's not finding.
What am I doing wrong?
