>Sure, but I haven't gotten that far yet. Project has a "global.mpt" that is just what it describes. It is the "master" template which stores all the generic macros that Project has. Excel and word have the same thing. If you add macros to the global, the macros are then available to every file you open as opposed to storing a macro in a specific file, more or less like public and local variables in Fox. Right now what I've got is a "Public" macro in a local file that has to be open in order to access the macro. This works, but lacks finesse. I'll be off for 2 weeks, but I'll post back to you when I get it working.
