I finished and shipped the app with the bug... the only bug in the product discovered to date. I am now doing some upgrades/additions and thought I should revisit the issue.

I do appreciate the response and at the time was in a 'panic'. But after 3 days I gave up... very frustrated but what can I do... I have deadlines.
