A few comments....

As far as the T1 line costs, I will grant you that. HOWEVER.... I am going to guess that Michel also uses that T1 line for other aspects of his business. To associate all costs with the UT is probably not that accurate.

As far as the costs for you and Nick, that should be in relation to what the UT can fund. I think a lot of the time is spent on "policing" what is going on here. As far as core development time goes, I don't see a lot of difference here between now and three years ago. That said, it sounds like the dollars are not soley for infastructure, but to put some money in your pockets. I don't really care, that is Michel's issue. It is good however, to get a better handle on the economies of scale...

As far as not being able to move to the US, that is too bad. You are dealing with false economies of scale there. Perhaps you are not charging enough for banners...If you have to charge folks to make a go of it, then you need to. People ultimately will vote with thier feet and go somewhere else... The fact is, the UT could be operated for a fraction of the cost in the US than in your local. I don't put it all on locale, I have questions about the whole business model, or lack of business model as the case may be...

As far as the UT not being a small operation... Tell me why it is being operated like one.

>This is not true. If you think that 5,000 US is all you need, well you must know that in Canada the market for internet services is very different of the on in US. For a T1 line it cost 1200$ per Month. Plus you must know that you need to count the time of a Developer like me or consultants like Nick cost. UT is there for all most 4 years now and we have many thing to support and do. What about the cost of administration. UT is not a small operation.
