Doron,
I also vote for MapObjects from ESRI. Try (absolutely) their evaluation version. They didn't have VFP samples before (maybe now there is) but converting Delphi or VB samples are easy. Maybe you'd love AddressMatcher object (creatable "MapObjects.AddressMatcher"). ESRI is the leader (or say one of the leaders) in GIS. MapObjects also support ArcInfo files (of course it's from ESRI too, TIGER etc :)
