Hoping you'll reconsider. I had to stop using the MS newsgroups because read messages never got flagged as read and so I soon had hundreds to scroll through to get to latest. This hadn't been a problem until IE 4.x was installed here.

While I'm sure of the Latin 'semper ubi sub ibi' (literally translated) the one along the lines of 'non illegitimati carborundum' come to mind here. When correct it 'says "don't let the bastards grind you down'.
