As neat as that sounds (and it does) many things that shold be seen that belong in Chatter wouldn't be seen. So then start another category? Naw, that just gets into rules and is to confusing. The Categories should belong under the forum, so in an OO way, a seperate forum (doesn't even have to be on the UT really) would be the best solution in my eyes.
