Hi George,
I was just taking a cheap shot at John for suggesting that
I take a hike in a related thread.
You know, I stood up for all you guys (MVPs) a few weeks ago with three nasty emails to MS. I am not a MVP nor do I want to be - I have my reasons. However, there are some MVPs who do nothing but make quest appearances or provide answers so
general or vague that you wonder if they know anything about VFP (I'm not talking about you, George - you are a true asset around here).
But an MPV suggesting that I (a paying member) take a hike because of a difference in opinion? This is unacceptable behavior for a MVP and I will not tolerate it - particularly because this is the second time he has done it.
As such, I am now drafting a letter to MS concerning this individual as well as a few others who, in my opinion, make the
real MVPs, like yourself, look bad.
Maybe MS was right in questioning the MVP program afterall.
>PMFJI, but, AFAIK, John's in the same boat I am (and Ed Rauh). All three of us re-newed our PUTMs before we received the award this year. None of us received any sort of rebate.
