Hi Chris,

I just bought a new computer. I installed NT server that came with the Backoffice Server 4.5 as part of the Visual Studio Enterprise Edition. I haven't started to use the server yet.

I plan to run West Wind Connection on it.

I bought 'Teach Yourself Windows NT Server 4 in 14 Days' from Sams Publishing. The book is a bit dated and not comprehenisve, but I thought it would help me get started understanding NT Server. I've only read the first two chapters and I've learned alot. For the moment I'll plow through this book and supplement it with the resource books in the MSDN library.

Did you buy NT as part of a package like Back Office? Do you have a cable hookup to your home office and a permanent IP address?

Paul
