Hi George,
Your code worked fine. I captured the keyboard tic rate and plugged it into an app where I needed it.
Please understand that when it comes to the API interface, if it is not in Waite Group's
Windows API Bible (and sometimes even when it is) then I have no idea what's going on. Which is why I ask much smarter people like you, Bill and Dave.
In other words, I really have no clue what I meant. :)
