John,

If you have read my other posts including my original repsonse to you, Tasker's gracious post and my response to that, I think you would agree that all of this is mute.

You are right by pointing out my self-righteous attitude and I appologize to you or anyone else I may have offended. My chump complex ignited over this situation and I should handled it differently.

And to any others who I have angered, I would appreciate you making your post to me directly instead of the CCs.

>Who did what? I recall repsonding to your threat of walking with the comment of "so, walk" ... but what was the second time? Or is this someone else?

>>As such, I am now drafting a letter to MS concerning this individual as well as a few others who, in my opinion, make the real MVPs, like yourself, look bad.

>I think you're being somewhat histrionic. I haven't seen anyone directly insult you. OTOH, you have posted some pretty strong, self-righteous stuff about our free members and where you thought they could go. Personally, I think comments like that and JVPs and a few others are divisive. When I see any segment of our community such as free members, PUTM, or MVPs attacked, such as being told they are deadbeats (and that is a direct quote) or freeloaders, I am going to react and react strongly.
>
>Is this unbecoming an MVP? I don't believe so; rather the opposite. We are supposed to be community builders amongst other things, not destroyers. Anything that looks remotely exclusionary, to me, stinks. So write all the letters and whine all you want, in fact, here's the head of the MVP Program at Microsoft for you to write to: MVPGA@microsoft.com
