Yes - you can download George Tasker's LNKFILES.DLL from here on UT, or if you've got the Windows Scripting Host available to you, the Wscript.Shell automation object has a CreateShortcut method. In both cases, you'll need to write a post-setup executable to create the desired shortcut. My preference is to use the Wscript.Shell object, but I always install the WSH on target systems (not doable with just Setup Wizard.)
