What is your RowSourceType and RowSource set to? Start with using a RowSourceType of 0-None, populate the list with AddItem() ( 1 column ) and do some testing with this simplified version to get it to work and to understand what is going on. Then you can go on to more complicated versions. The code Marcia gave you should work. But the combo attributes have to be set properly. And generally speaking, when venturing into new territory, start with the simplest scenario you can, then test it to understand how it works. Then move on to more detail and features. Try not to just "run code" we give you w/o understanding how it works. It'll save you a lot of grief later. :-)
