The GenHTML report to HTML utility uses REPORT FORM TYPE ASCII to produce its HTML results. That's the problem. The TO ASCII clause never works dependably in the first place.

You might want to check out Markus Egger's GenRepoX- it is supposed to have an HTML driver that works better.
